Lachlan Rutherford

Executive Director

Lachlan is a geologist with over 20 years of commercial and exploration experience in industrial mineral, precious metal, and base metal projects. He has held positions in venture capital, public companies and stockbroking, focusing on business development, corporate strategy, project management and analytical roles. Lachlan’s international experience, including work on critical mineral projects in Spain and Finland, is integral to Megado Minerals’ business strategy.

Lachlan holds a Doctorate of Philosophy, a Masters of Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Science with Honours. He is also a member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.

Aaron Bertolatti

Finance Director and Company Secretary

Aaron is a qualified chartered accountant and company secretary with over 17 years’ experience in the mining industry and accounting profession. Aaron has significant experience in the administration of ASX listed companies, financial accounting, corporate governance and corporate finance. He was previously Australian CFO of Highfield Resources Ltd (ASX:HFR) and was the former CFO for 5E Advanced Materials Limited (ASX:5EA, NASDAQ:FEAM).

Bradley Drabsch

Non-Executive Director

Bradley Drabsch is a qualified geologist with over 21 years’ experience in the mineral exploration industry. Bradley has acted as Managing Director, Director and Exploration Manager along with technical roles in his earlier career. Mr Drabsch has previously acted as Managing Director of DiscovEx Resources Limited (ASX:DCX) and Trek Metals Ltd (ASX:TKM) and was a founding Director of Centrepeak Resources Group Pty Ltd (CRG).

Anthony Hall

Non-Executive Chairman

Anthony is an experienced mining executive having successfully led companies with projects in Europe and North America from IPO to inclusion in the ASX300 Index. Mr Hall has tertiary qualifications in law, accounting and finance.

Adrien Wing

Independent Non-Executive Director

Adrien holds a Bachelor of Business and is a qualified CPA. He brings over 25 years of ASX experience serving as director and/or company secretary of numerous ASX-listed entities. Adrien has a strong track record in corporate governance and capital markets, and has played key roles in a wide range of transactions including IPOs, reverse takeovers, and other capital raisings.

Spanish national with over 25 years experience in construction and mining projects management. Successfully delivered Feasibility Studies for ASX listed Spanish mining developer.

Fernando Palero

Chief Geologist

Spanish national with over 43 years experience in mining exploration and mining operation in Spain, Africa and South America as a Chief Geologist through to consultant and researcher.
